Our Staff
Hamiota Dental employs a team made up of interesting individuals who have a variety of skills and talents. While we function as a team, individuals have areas of expertise; whether it be preventive and periodontal care, orthodontics, children’s dentistry, implants, TMJ, sleep apnea or patient financial matters. We strongly emphasize a team approach in treating all of our patient's concerns. Every morning our team joins together for a meeting to ensure proper preparation for the day and that we are ready to take care of your needs. We also have a more extensive, uninterrupted meeting every month for additional staff training, updating our policies, and to discuss our service levels to ensure customer satisfaction. Once a year we have an in-service to deal with larger issues, goal setting or simply to explore an area of interest. All team members are strongly encouraged to upgrade their skills to better understand and help serve their patient's needs. It is our goal to provide a level of service that will exceed that of any other organization you may deal with!
