This visit gives us the opportunity to meet under positive, stress-free circumstances to discuss your dental needs. Please arrive on time and be prepared to "talk teeth" as this visit is interactive. We give you the opportunity to see what we see, and we are big on sharing knowledge. When you arrive for your appointment, you will meet with one of ousr Administrative Assistants to get acquainted with our office policies. She will assist you in filling out a medical/dental history questionnaire and enter all information in our computer system. Please bring your employee information, insurance information (Policy, Group, and Personal Identification Numbers), and your coverage booklet with you to this appointment if you wish to take advantage of your coverage for this visit. Please bring your Manitoba Health Care Number. If you do not have all your information at this time, we cannot help you to process a claim form for reimbursement, and you will be completely responsible for the entire cost of the visit. Next, you will be introduced to our clinical team. Our Registered Dental Assistants will start creating your personal dental portfolio by taking x-rays, if needed, and charting all pre-existing treatment in our computer system. Dr. Fedorowich will join you for a complete diagnostic examination that consists of a soft tissue analysis, a functional analysis, an oral cancer screen, an oral habits analysis and periodontal analysis. This information is imperative for a complete, comprehensive diagnosis and assessment of your dental health status. Dr. Fedorowich or one of our Team will present his treatment recommendations and show you the specific areas that require further attention with a TV Tour of your mouth. One of our Team will be happy to schedule appointments, discuss financial arrangements, and answer any questions regarding upcoming treatment. One of our Administrative Assistants will also prepare any preauthorizations for future treatment for your insurance company with the appropriate photographs, x-rays, and documentation attached. She will be in contact with you and available for your concerns from the start to the completion of your dental care. Our goal is that you will leave our office well informed, and with a renewed vision for your dental health!
